§ 38-31. Violations and penalties.

Violations of the provisions of this chapter by a company or driver may be enforced by a suspension or revocation of any company license issued hereunder or may be enforced by any other civil or criminal remedy pursuant to this Code or state statutes. Each violation shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense and shall be penalized as a separate and distinct offense.
