§ 39-4. Mooring at piers by Grand Isle vehicle bridge prohibited.

(a)

The mooring of boats to either of the two (2) public fishing piers located adjacent to the Grand Isle vehicular bridge, be and is hereby prohibited. except for emergency reasons.

(b)

Signs shall be posted indicating this prohibition.
