In order to classify, regulate and restrict the location and use of land, buildings,
and structures for trade, industry, residence, and other purposes; to regulate and
restrict the height and size of buildings hereafter erected or structurally altered,
the area of yards, courts and other open spaces and the density of population, all
unincorporated areas of the Parish of Jefferson, Louisiana, are divided into the zoning
districts shown below.
