§ 40-216. Purpose.

The purpose of the RR-3 District is to provide areas for the location of multiple-family structures of low and intermediate density with proper design and landscape standards. The RR-3 District is intended to serve as a transition zone between high density and low density residential development, and between commercial and residential development. The RR-3 District should be accessible to public transportation and other necessary Parish services.
