§ 40-763. Approval.

(a)

Approval of a special permitted use shall be by passage of an ordinance by the Jefferson Parish Council.

(b)

An application for renewal shall be filed within two (2) years of approval in accordance with section 40-764 below. Uses not renewed within this two-year period shall terminate and must be resubmitted for approval in accordance with section 40-761 above.

(c)

Owners/applicant of properties designated for special permitted uses approved prior to the effective date of this ordinance shall be notified by the planning department within one hundred twenty (120) days that they shall be subject to the provisions of paragraph (b) above.
