§ 40-267. Permitted uses.

Latest version.

In R-1 CO Districts only the following uses of property shall be permitted:
(1)

Any use permitted in an RR-3 Family District.

(2)

Any use permitted in an R-1 TH Townhouse District.

(3)

Condominiums.
