§ 40-285. Area regulations.

(a)

Front yard. The front yard regulations for all buildings are the same as those in the R-1A, Single-Family Residential District.

(b)

Side yard. The side yard regulations for all buildings are the same as those in the R-1A, Single-Family Residential District.

(c)

Rear yard. The rear yard regulations for all buildings are the same as those in the R-1A, Single-Family Residential District.

(d)

Lot area per family. The lot area regulations for dwellings are the same as those in the R-1A, Single-Family Residential District.
