§ 40-401. Purpose.

This district is designed to provide space for retail, wholesale and parking activities in support of the business core, and at the same time provide the surrounding residential neighborhood with essential commercial services and facilities. It will have a variety of commercial uses and will be found only adjacent to and in conjunction with BC-2, Business Core District.
