§ 40-618. Compliance for uses existing at the time of passage of ordinance.

(1)

Landfills and other uses permitted under the M-4 Industrial District that existed prior to the passage of the requirements in this ordinance shall be brought into compliance with all provisions of this ordinance under the following condition:

a.

Application and receipt of a permit from any state or federal agency to expand existing operations.
