§ 4-21. Fingerprints and photographs.

Applicants under this article shall have their fingerprints and photographs taken by the sheriff and ex officio tax collector for this parish at the time of submission of their applications, and applications shall be considered incomplete until such time as this requirement is fulfilled. This requirement shall not apply to applicants seeking a renewal permit.
