§ 6-18. Minors under twelve restricted during certain hours.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person whether as proprietor, agent, manager, employee, lessee or otherwise, conducting or carrying on any place, establishment, or business as an amusement place, within the unincorporated areas of the parish, for pay or otherwise, to allow or permit persons under the age of twelve (12) years within the place, business or establishment after 7:00 p.m. except where the minor is accompanied by a person of the full age of majority.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person, whether owner, proprietor, agent, manager, employee, lessee or operator of an amusement place within the unincorporated areas of the parish to permit or allow any person under the age of twelve (12) years upon the premises of the amusement place of business between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
