§ 6-20. Exemptions from article.

Any place of business where minors are prohibited by law from being on the premises; and schools, churches and fairs, charitable private clubs, or any other charitable organizations which may sponsor fairs or activities and may include the type of amusement set forth in this article, are hereby expressly excluded from the provisions hereof.
