§ 6-34. X-rated films prohibited under certain conditions.

It shall be unlawful for any X-rated motion picture that depicts lewd and sexual acts to be shown at any open drive-in theater when the screen of the theater is accessible to public view from any street or structure other than the interior area of the drive-in theater.
