§ 6-66. Standards, regulations, method of reporting.

(a)

The carnival and special events office shall cause to be issued such standards and regulations that may be deemed appropriate in promulgating the provisions of this article and the purposes thereof.

(b)

The carnival and special events office shall develop a methodology of reporting which shall be applicable to all carnival parade organizations and participants.
