§ 6-89. Parade line up.

A tentative parade line-up showing the position of each float, band, marching group and all other components of the parade, along with the written agreement between the krewe and each scheduled band, shall be submitted to the department of citizens' affairs at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the parade.
