§ 6-99. Unauthorized persons or vehicles.

(a)

Any person, group or vehicle participating in a parade without proper authorization from the parading organization or who in any manner interferes with the orderly conduct of the parade shall be subject to immediate arrest. Any vehicle or animal accompanying that person may be seized and impounded by the proper law enforcement authorities.

(b)

All permitted vehicles shall display a participation card duly authorized by the captain of the krewe.
