§ 6-203. Off-track betting revenues excess to the needs of the various LaSalle Tract bond issues.

The off-track betting revenues received by the Parish of Jefferson from off-track betting patrons located on the East Bank which are determined to be surplus funds in accordance with the ordinances relating to the various LaSalle Tract bond issues on November 1 of each year (the principal payment date) shall be appropriated on a parishwide priority basis and not on a per-capita or other basis to council districts. The funds made available each year may not exceed the total off-track betting revenues from the immediate past twelve (12) months.
