Chapter 8.5. BASIC CABLE SERVICE RATE REGULATION

§ 8.5-11. Effective date of orders.

Latest version.

Any order of the Jefferson Parish Council shall be effective upon adoption by the Jefferson Parish Council or such order date as it may lawfully adopt, and shall be deemed released to the public upon adoption. The Jefferson Parish Council Clerk shall mail a copy of the text of the written decision to the cable operator by first-class mail.
