§ 8-4-114.1.2.1. Penalty for working without a valid residential home improvement contractor license.

Any person, firm or entity performing any work requiring a residential home improvement contractor license without being a holder of said license shall be subject to a penalty of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each location where work has been performed in violation of this section, and shall further be subject to the provisions of Section 8-2-107.8, Violation and Penalties.
