§ 8-7-160. Approval of construction, alteration, etc. required.

No person shall undertake to perform, construct, supervise, oversee, direct, or in any manner participate in the construction, alteration, repair, renovation, remodeling, improvement, demolition, putting up or tearing down of any public building, or part thereof, which is under the control, responsibility and/or jurisdiction of the department of general services and procurement, without the written approval of the director of the department.
