§ 9-10. Maintenance of information regarding gated communities in unincorporated Jefferson Parish.

The office of telecommunications shall, with the cooperation and assistance of the department of planning, compile and maintain a list of all gated communities in the unincorporated area of Jefferson Parish, which list shall be updated as new gated communities are approved and developed. The office of telecommunications shall also compile and maintain a list of contact persons for each gated community.
