Chapter 9. HOMELAND SECURITY, EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND DISASTERS

§ 9-4. Authorization to use parish equipment, supplies and facilities.

In carrying out the provisions of this chapter the parish president is directed to utilize the services, equipment, supplies and facilities of existing departments, officers and agencies of the parish to the maximum extent practicable, and the officers and personnel of all such departments, officers and agencies are directed to cooperate with and extend such services and facilities to the president or to the directors of homeland security and emergency preparedness upon request.
