§ 3.04. Forfeiture of Office.

  • The office of President shall be forfeited if during the term of office the office holder: (1) lacks any qualifications for the office prescribed by this Charter, (2) is convicted of a felony under state or federal law, and is adjudged so by final judgment or (3) violates an express prohibition of this Charter. The Council, by ordinance, shall establish the procedure to effect forfeiture.
