§ 6.02. Limitation on Holding Appointive Office by Elected Officers.

No elected officer of the parish shall be appointed to any paid parish administrative office or paid parish position during the period beginning with the date of his election to any parish office and ending not less than one year after the expiration of the term for which he was elected.
