§ 6.08. Charter Review.

The Council shall provide for the automatic review of this Charter at least once every ten years through appointment of a Charter Advisory Committee. The Council, by ordinance, shall provide for the method of appointment of members of the Charter Advisory Committee. Members of the Committee shall serve without compensation and shall submit their recommendations for Charter amendments, if any, to the Council for its consideration.
