§ 13-56. Temporarily idle station's tanks to be flushed and filled with water.

Any operator of a gasoline filling station who ceases to operate the filling station for a temporary period of time shall empty the gasoline tanks, flush them with water and backfill the tanks to their full capacity with water and maintain the tanks filled with water until such time as they are to be placed back into operation to dispense gasoline.
