§ 13-77. Certification required.

All owners or their duly authorized representatives of businesses in the parish which provide aboveground tank storage for any liquid substance defined herein shall annually certify to the department of emergency management that the storage tanks are in good condition, are constructed of materials compatible with the liquid stored within and, where applicable, are constructed in conformity with National Fire Codes, 1985. This certification will include but not be limited to the tank height, diameter and type of product being stored.
