§ 13-88. Method of payment; when due.

Latest version.

All annual service charges shall be due on March 1 and shall become delinquent on May 1 of each year and shall be paid by check or postal money order to the Jefferson Parish Department of Fire, accompanied by such return or form(s) as the said director may require.
