§ 16-59. Creation of nuisance due to emissions.

No incinerator or incineration device shall create an unsightly nuisance as defined by the emission of smoke and/or ash with an equivalent opacity of twenty (20) percent (on Ringelmann Chart No. 1) for more than four (4) minutes at a time and shall not exceed an equivalent opacity of twenty (20) percent (on Ringelmann Chart No. 1) more than twice in any one (1) calendar day.
