§ 17-1. Incorporation of state code by reference.

Latest version.

The Sanitary Code of the State of Louisiana, consisting of L.S.A.R.S. 40:03 et seq., in effect on April 15, 1993, is incorporated in this Code by reference, the same being on file in the office of the parish clerk.
