§ 17-103. Construction and interpretation.

(a)

Nothing in these regulations shall be construed to preclude the owner, manager, operator or other person having control of an establishment regulated under these regulations from prohibiting smoking in an establishment to a degree greater than provided for in these regulations.

(b)

Nothing in these regulations shall be construed to allow the owner, manager, operator or other person having control of an establishment regulated under these regulations to be subject to any legal action to enforce these regulations in any court by any party other than the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office or the Parish of Jefferson, or its designated agencies.
