All vendors under this article must have the minimum and maximum price of the merchandise,
wares, goods, food, food products, seafood of any kind, beverages, plants, flowers,
paintings, minors, or any artifact or saleable product whatsoever posted conspicuously
on a sign no larger than six (6) square feet. No other signs, except one (1) permit
placard supplied.
