§ 22-102. Required.

It shall be unlawful for any transient vendor, solicitor, canvasser or merchant to engage in business until he shall have first applied for and obtained a permit to engage in business in accordance with the provisions of this division and has paid all taxes and fees required by law for the transaction of such business in the unincorporated limits of the parish.
