§ 23-43. Fire personnel rules adopted.

(a)

The personnel rules for the East Bank Consolidated Special Service Fire Protection District of Jefferson Parish, on file in the office of the parish clerk, as amended, are hereby adopted and incorporated into this Code by reference.

(b)

The fire personnel rules adopted herein shall be printed, bound and promulgated as a separate volume under the direction of supervision of the fire chief.
