§ 23-207. Continuance of benefits to spouse.

Upon the death of any such judge/magistrate, his surviving spouse shall be entitled to receive the same pension for the remainder of her life provided that said surviving spouse was married to the judge/magistrate at the time of his retirement and was married to the judge/magistrate at the time of his death.
