§ 29-36. Road lighting district no. 7.

(a)

Creation. There is hereby created a road lighting district, comprising and embracing all of that property within the following described boundaries:

A certain portion of ground located in Ward Eleven of the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, known as Grand Island and being bounded on the south by the Gulf of Mexico, north by Bayou Rigaud and Bayou Des Isalets, east by Grand Pass and west by Caminada Pass and Caminada Bay, said area being the whole of Grand Island.

All as per map by William E. Cloutet, Parish Engineer, adopted hereby and made a part hereof.

(b)

Official designation. The road lighting district created by subsection (a) shall be known and designated as "Road Lighting District No. 7 of the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana."
