§ 2-68. Research director qualifications, appointment, and compensation

The research director shall be qualified by special training and experience in the fields of public finance and management research. The research director shall be appointed and may be removed by a majority vote of the whole council. The salary of the research director shall be fixed by a majority vote of the whole council.
