§ 2-69. Legal director qualifications, appointment, and compensation.

Each director of legal analysis shall have and maintain a license to practice law in the State of Louisiana and shall be qualified by special training and experience in the fields of public law and legal research. The legal directors shall be appointed and may be removed by a majority vote of the whole council. The salary of the legal directors shall be fixed by a majority vote of the whole council.
