§ 2-511. Agency and position of director created.

A department to be known as adult supervision and corrections and the position of director of adult supervision and corrections are hereby created, which department and position shall have responsibility for operating all community-based programs for pre-trial and convicted adult offender populations (except the adult jail). The director shall be known as the "adult continuum manager."
