§ 2-737. Participation in programs, projects for low income areas.

The community action advisory board shall further have an opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of all programs and projects defined to serve the poor or low income areas, with maximum feasible participation of residents of the areas and members of the group served so as to stimulate advancement and to assure these people that its programs and projects are meaningful to and widely utilized by their intended beneficiaries.
