§ 2-736. Procedure where action of elected officials required.

  • In all instances where the authority or approval of any elected officials in the parish shall be required, such officials shall give due and proper notice to the administrative board of its intentions to act and shall provide at least ten (10) days' notice to the administrative board, and further provide for public hearings in all such matters.
