§ 2-823. Powers and authority of district; issuance of securities.

The railroad development district established under section 2-821 herein shall have all the powers and authority set forth in La. R.S. Title 33, Sections: 140.73, 140.74, 140.75, 140.76 and 140.79, including all the authority to issue bonds, certificates or other evidences of indebtedness as set forth in La. R.S. 33:140.77.
