§ 2-824. Exemption from taxation.

The district and all properties owned by the district and income thereon and all bonds, certificates and other evidence of indebtedness issued by the district under this division on the interest and income there from shall be exempt from all taxation by the State of Louisiana, pursuant to La. R.S. Title 33, Section 140.78.
