§ 2-897. Planning, requisitioning.

Departments shall submit their requirements costing less than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) at least three (3) weeks in advance, and requirements in excess of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) shall be requisitioned at least forty-five (45) days in advance.
