§ 2-935. Current questionnaire and affidavit required for certain contract extensions and selections.

No extension of any existing contract for professional services, or exercise of any contract option clause requiring council approval shall be considered unless the person or firm under contract first re-submits the documents and information required under section 2-928(b), or if deemed necessary the documents and information required under section 2-928(a).
