§ 2-955. Sale of property not constituting a building site.

Where a portion of property which is to be sold by the parish does not constitute a building site or lot of record as provided in the parish planning and zoning ordinance, the successful bidder must be able to incorporate such property into his present property in order to constitute a lot of record under the zoning ordinance.
