§ 2-954. Condition of sale; costs.

  • All property sold by the parish shall be sold without warranty or recourse, even for the return of the purchase price, provided that this provision shall not apply to exchanges of property in which the parish is a party. The purchaser shall pay for all costs of advertisement, certificates, notarial fees, the cost of relocating any utilities which might be necessary and for any other matters which the council and/or the parish president, in their discretion, may require.
