§ 32-7. Zoning and building restrictions.

(a)

Nothing contained in this chapter shall supersede the requirements of other ordinances or parts of ordinances with respect to the placement, design or construction of signs, including, but not limited to, the comprehensive zoning ordinance and the building code.

(b)

All signs permitted by this chapter shall comply with the appropriate detailed provisions of the building code; and, no sign shall be placed or erected in violation of the comprehensive zoning ordinance.
