§ 33-2.40. Purpose.

The purpose of a development agreement is to ensure completion of public improvements and facilities, to assign responsibility for construction and funding of on and off-site improvements, to provide assurances to the applicant that the development may proceed under the terms of the development agreement, and to document all agreements between the parish and the applicant relating to a development.
