Any commercial structure in which animals are boarded overnight shall be located a minimum of one hundred (100) feet measured in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures, from the closest exterior structural wall of the structure to the closest property line of the residential zoning district and comply with the standards listed in section 33-5.3.18 Veterinary clinics and animal hospitals.
